My Best Moments with KDU

Dear readers,

I have been working with KDU for almost 5 years (another 1 month turns 5 yrs), with lots of ups and downs...as my second job exeprience (Flamingo was the first). Here i would like to make a list of best moments of me and KDU (sounds so sentimental laaarrrrr...don't get emotional ok? I am not leaving anyway - for now hehe)

• Celebrating KDU 25th Anniversary Dinner (2008) at One World Hotel.

This is half of our team of Pre-University Department (the other half sitting next to our table). Our speciality compared to other department is, we are so sepakat in doing every single thing . In that event, people could see that we were all 'men in black' and 'women in black'. Vogue, elegant and bold. That's what i can describe of my team.

We took this picture to memorize once we knew how to dance in Nigerian style with creative costume that inspired by Mr. Ben (our Nigerian colleague - far left). All clothes had brought by Ben except the kain batik that surrounded our head were mine and K.Zizah's. The picture was taken when we were in the waiting room of the hotel, before performing.

When we were on stage and became the climax event for the night!!! And as we expected (i was the one who kept saying this), we won for the best performance of the night! People can see the video in the youtube, it is good and stunning huh...! Two thumbs up guys!

• Watching the play by Pre-U students and most of then are my students! I am so proud of them and my colleague Hema (the producer). Too bad i dont have their picture. But promise to insert one when i have it.
• A Department Trip to Cameron Highlands - this will be excitingly explained in the coming entry. Tungguuuuuuuu!

So, these three are the memorable moment with my Pre-U team. Andaikata kaki ini ingin melangkah pergi, kau tetap di hati ku....

Waktu-waktu yang Mustajab untuk Berdoa

"Dua doa yang tidak pernah ditolak; doa ketika waktu azan dan doa ketika waktu hujan."

Allah memberikan setiap waktu dengan keutamaan yang berbeza-beza, di antaranya ada waktu-waktu tertentu yang sangat baik untuk berdoa, akan tetapi kebanyakan orang mensia-siakan kesempatan yang baik tersebut. Mereka menyangka bahawa seluruh waktu memiliki nilai yang sama dan tidak berbeza. Setiap muslim seharusnya memanfaatkan waktu-waktu yang utama dan mulia untuk berdoa agar mendapat kejayaan, keuntungan, kemenangan dan keselamatan. Adapun waktu-waktu mustajab tersebut antara lain ialah:

1. Sepertiga akhir malam

2. Tatkala berbuka puasa bagi orang yang berpuasa

3. Setiap selepas sembahyang fardu

4. Ketika saat perang berkecamuk

5. Sesaat ketika Hari Jumaat

6. Ketika waktu bangun tidur pada malam hari bagi orang yang sebelum tidur dalam keadaan suci dan berdhikir kepada Allah

7. Doa di antara azan dan iqamah

8. Doa ketika waktu sujud di dalam sembahyang

9. Doa saat sedang hujan

10. Ketika saat ajal tiba

11. Doa ketika Hari Arafah

"Janganlah kalian berdoa untuk diri kalian kecuali kebaikan, kerana para malaikat mengamini apa yang kamu ucapkan."
